I was surprised by how wide the net opened on my first few throws. The weighted edge sinks quickly, and pulling it back feels really manageable.
I’m still learning how to throw cast nets, but this one was easier than expected. After a few tries, I was getting a decent circular spread.

The first throw wasn’t perfect, but once I got the technique right the net opened much better. I’ve already used it for fish, shrimp, and small crabs.

Good net for casual fishing around rivers and lakes. The mesh holds smaller bait well, the weighted edge sinks fast, and setup is pretty straightforward.
